Steam has released a new PC Game Patch for Modern Warfare 2. It seems that there has been more bug fixes and changes for the Infinity Ward first person shooter including repairing some cheats and hacks that were present in the game.
Some of the changes in this latest patch include normalizing the sprint speed for the Care Package, Emergency Airdrop, and Sentry Gun marker grenades. The placement of sentry guns have been improved and some player collision issues have been fixed. There is also improvement for the mouse latency in the game. This patch is an automatic patch so there is nothing to do but let it do its thing.
